Please note that all registration fees are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Separate rates apply for participants residing in Mexico and for international participants. Kindly make sure to select and pay the registration category that corresponds to your place of residence.

For participants residing in Mexico, due to exchange rate fluctuations, the U.S. dollar will be calculated at a fixed rate of 17.50 Mexican pesos (MXN).

The registration fee includes:

• Access to all conference sessions

• Conference materials

• Lunch (main meal of the day) on October 6 and October 8 only.

• Coffee breaks

• A visit to Xochimilco, including transportation from venue to Xochimilco for all participants, and return transportation from Xochimilco to the host hotel.

Please note:

• Breakfast is provided exclusively for participants lodging at the designated host hotel. 

• Lunch on October 7 is not included. During the visit to Xochimilco, participants will have free time for lunch at their own expense.

• Dinner is not included.
